Not just a trick riding team, our performance team offers a range of entertaining segments including Vaulting (gymnastics on horseback), Roman Riding, Liberty Horsemanship and the thrilling fast paced crowd favourite - trick riding !!
Our Team is available for Agricultural Shows, Rodeos, Festivals, Race Days and Corporate Events. We go the extra mile to customise our show ensure we fit into your needs for your event and are happy to participate in street parades, meet and greets with your spectators and crews, as well as offering photo opportunities with our talented performers and amazing horses.
Performance segments can range from five – fifteen minutes, tailored to your individual needs. If necessary we can be ‘on call’ to do any fill in segments throughout your event. We have worked with Rodeo organisers to distract audiences in the unfortunate event of animal or rider injuries.
Our trick riding team has been developed over the years from our talented Vaulting performers and the skill they have acquired through Vaulting holds them in good stead for the transition to the thrilling trick riding.
Among our performances as Kamilaroi Performance Team, we have worked with Gold Coast Show, Taroom and Miles Shows, Toowoomba Royal Show in their Banjo Patterson story and numerous local shows including the North Coast National at Lismore.
Some of our talented Trick Riding members toured with Rene Gasser’s “Equestra” which was an Equestrian show that toured around Australia. In addition a number of our riders have performed with Outback Spectacular on the Gold Coast and we have even had one of our girls go international partaking in successful Trick Riding stints in the USA with the Riata Ranch Cowboy Cowgirls !!
